Stephanie Morton-Small founded Wine Diamonds to offer wineries a contract-based engagement model for sales and marketing management. Rather than commit to an employee structure, brands can bring Stephanie in as a short or long-term embedded resource—offering the benefits of deep expertise, strategic alignment, and seamless integration into their team.

On launch, Wine Diamonds was immediately contracted by Thomas Schmidheiny Wine Estates, where she had worked in-house for five years prior, to continue management as Chief Commercial Officer of Finca Decero. This wine industry exclusive contract was successfully completed in late 2024. 

Stephanie has an MBA and three decades global experience involving wine and spirit brands in the premium and luxury sectors. A maverick, she has a rare career which has spanned all major markets and wine regions yielding multi-faceted experience across all sectors of the wine industry including viticulture, winemaking, sales, and marketing through to harnessing cutting-edge digital technology and launching two world-first wine concepts.

Particularly motivated by forging growth for heritage brands, Stephanie has enjoyed tenure in private family-owned businesses and publicly-held companies, and has taken brands from start-up to the “Top 100 Wines of the World”.

Stephanie is based in California, USA, ideally suited for wineries looking to accelerate brand growth in North America.
